supported by family. My name is Juliana Ortiz, and alongside my wonderful husband, Enrique, and our
sweet baby boy, I’m thrilled to share the journey that led to the creation of this company.
For 15 years, I dedicated my career to the heart of the hospitality industry, proudly serving as a Senior Event
Manager for the world’s leading hotel chain. My experience spanned various hotel portfolios, including
luxury service resorts, giving me invaluable insights into diverse operational scales and client needs, while
creating seamless and memorable events. However, a beautiful shift occurred with the arrival of my son.
Becoming a mother ignited a profound desire to build something that not only leveraged my extensive
expertise but also allowed me the flexibility and fulfillment of pursuing a lifelong dream.

In her role as the executive leader of Kreativ Events, Juliana orchestrates
the seamless execution and strategic success of each project. With 15
years of experience managing high-level operations within prestigious
global hotel chains, she excels in anticipating the intricate needs of
clients, maintaining logistical precision, and upholding the Kreativ
Standard of quality control. Importantly, Juliana serves as the creative
visionary behind the Kreativ Collection, collaborating with Enrique to
weave these exclusive assets into the final event design, ensuring that
every experience embodies the utmost luxury and strategic intent.

Director of Design & Creative Assets
Enrique is the chief visual architect for the Kreativ brand. Drawing on his
expertise in bespoke tailoring and fashion consultation, he ensures the
aesthetic integrity and structural details of each event are expertly managed.
Enrique partners with Juliana to develop and integrate the Kreativ Collection
assets, guaranteeing their impeccable presentation. He works closely with top
vendors to curate all environmental elements, from custom lighting to floral
arrangements, enhancing the client’s vision and brand.
Master of Operations
Our Master of operations commands the critical integration phase of every event, managing all vendor
relations, installation timelines, and load-in/load-out logistics. Their focus is the meticulous enforcement of the
Kreativ Standard on-site, ensuring absolute fidelity between the original design plan and the final
environment. They are the single point of contact for all third-party partners, ensuring the structural and
functional integrity of the event space is flawless before a single guest arrives.
Curator of Bar Arts
The Curator of Bar Arts is responsible for the creative direction and execution of our premium
beverage service, ensuring it aligns perfectly with the event’s overall sensory design. This role
oversees the integration of the K Mixer Bar and meticulously develops the exclusive cocktail menu..
They manage the bar staff, focusing on training them in high-speed, flawless presentation and discreet
service protocol, transforming every drink delivery into a bespoke experience.
Lead Culinary Liaison
Orchestrating the Art of the Meal We don’t simply manage catering; we curate, choreograph, and orchestrate
the entire culinary performance of your event. Serving as your Lead Culinary Liaison, we bridge the gap
between creative vision and service execution, ensuring that every plate, pour, and presentation is flawlessly
synchronized with the heartbeat of your celebration
